The eoil-Systemplus is an innovative solution that enables pure plant oil to be used as fuel in diesel engines. It differs from existing one and two-tank solutions in a number of important ways.
As far as eoil is concerned, a partial solution is no solution at all. The eoil-Systemplus is the first system to offer an effective solution to all the technical problems associated with the use of pure plant oil as a fuel in diesel engines. The eoil-Systemplus is specifically designed to eliminate the problems traditionally associated with using pure plant oil as a fuel. These include cavitation due to inadequate hydraulic filling, foaming due to the separation of absorbed air and oil, and damage to the injectors as a result of inertial cavitation in the injection lines. The system also protects against gas adsorption, water entry, formation of acid and water, and chemical and electrochemical corrosion.
The eoil-Systemplus essentially consists of four components: a fuel pump, a filter system, an ultrasound chamber (USG), and an AdRU additive dosing unit. The pump, filter system and USG are installed on the fuel line between the fuel tank and the fuel injection system. The dosing unit introduces the eoil AdRU additive into the cylinders via the air intake manifold.
